Returns and Refunds

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

Please note that we warrant that all products will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision or incorrect size.  We do understand that you cannot try garments on before purchasing online, so we are happy to provide you with a credit note on the following conditions:

- The garments/items are sent back to us within 10 days of delivery at your expense.

- Garments/items must be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached.  Items that are returned which have been worn, washed, damaged or altered from their original state (i.e. tags removed) will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer.

- If a product is faulty we may need your assistance and prompt provision of particular information regarding the item which includes:

.  You specifying with reasonable detail the way in which it is alleged that the product is damaged or defective; and

.  You providing us with the delivery note number and such other information as we require.

If you would like us to repair, replace or provide a refund for the product where it did conform to the applicable Contract, and we find that the Product has:

.  Been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or

.  Been in any accident or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair; or

.  Been dealt with or used contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions or the Product; or

.  Deterioated through normal wear and tear,

After delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the Product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and cost and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided us with when you made your Order, and, to the extenty permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed and we have processed the order you are unable to cancel that order.  If you wish to change the items purchased you will have to wait until you have received the goods and then you can complete a return as per the instructions outlined in 'Refund and Returns' policy.

We may cancel a Contract if the Product is not available for any reason.  We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the Product.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Mini Marché is responsible for updating the stock availability on the Mini Marché website.  In the unlikely event where you purchased an item(s) (your card or PayPal accound has been charged), and we no longer have the item(s) in stock, a staff member of Mini Marché will be in contact with you to notify you of the occurrence.  Mini Marché will then refund you in full for the payment you have made.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes with lost parcels.  We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.  Also, please note:  if a garment is damaged (e.g. after wearing it a button falls off or the zip breaks because of wear) we cannot accept garments back for exchange/credit notes.
